Bathroom Installation at Thruxton

This particular project saw the removal of the existing bathroom, including all the visible plumbing, so the client could change the room into a bedroom. The new bathroom was installed in what was one of the bedrooms. This is quite a large room, which has no facilities in place. Prior to any bathroom equipment being installed the room has to be equipped with mains drainage, which came from the original bathroom via the space beneath the floorboards, and hot and cold water supplies.

The bathroom consists of Venetian Sargasso Pear fitted units, Ideal Standard sanitary ware and taps, a Showerlux bath and screen and an Aqualisa Quartz "off the wall" power shower. The room benefited from low-voltage down lights and an extractor fan. Wall and floor tiles are from the Porcelanosa range.
